I just finished watching Amodovar’s Talk to Her with Marc. It was a good movie, but I was distracted during the last few scenes because mid-way through a crucial moment we caught Happy chewing on the wire to my Game Cube controller. She’d been meditatively gnawing for a minute or so and neither of us had noticed that she wasn't focused on the usual toy trout, or tennis ball, or bit of carpet.
Curiously, that’s the second Game Cube controller my dog has effectively destroyed by gnawing apart the controller wire. This time, I was determined to teach her a lesson, so I asked her how she would feel if I ate through her leg while she was distracted by an entertaining activity, like staring at the cat. Imagine her horror, I said, when she realized I wasn't eating the usual chocolate bar, or carrot, but instead something she uses every day!
Believe me, she's mulling it over. Through sleep.

When Georgie first moved in, he single pawedly destroyed all my computer cables. I would walk in, catch him the act, and he would stare up defiantely at me, continuing to chew.
It was a frustrating time for both of us.
Is it wrong of me to be secretly happy that he can't chew anymore? IS IT WRONG?
This isn't picture of hair.
