Klovharu is the name of a tiny island off the coast of Finland. Tove Jansson wrote Klovharu into "Moominpappa at Sea", which I first read in Copenhagen when I was eleven. I'd picked it out in a bookstore there, where the english section for children had a single shelf.
Klovharu sounds like something with a velvety snout. It sounds half-Finnish, half-Japanese. Japan likes Moomintrolls, incidentally. There, Moomintrolls are animated, and fuzzy little Moomin figurines are crafted, with jointed limbs and staring eyes. O Japan! Lil' Angil wot it is.
